Additional Information for ordering overboots:
For ease of ordering and proper size selection of overboots, please have some key information gathered about your boots and crampons. For the best fit of Forty Below® overboots, please have your boot brand, model name, size, and sole length in inches or cm. Please also have your crampon brand, model, approximate year purchased, and binding style (ie, wire toe bail/flip lever heel, strap-toe/flip lever heel, strap on). With this information we will select the best fitting overboot size for your boots, and pass on any fitting notes for the crampons. For group orders please include the name of the climber, boot, and crampon information for each pair.
Order Terms:
When you place an order with our shopping cart, you will enter the items you would like, and then at check-out fill in a form with your address and payment details. There is a drop down menu for you to select a shipping method, this will not calculate into your order total, as we will email you to confirm the rate, carrier, service level you would like to use, and the final shipping amount.
When the order is submitted, it goes to a secure server, and we are notified by a secure email. Then, we go to retreive the order. We check email every day except weekends, and sometimes it may take a few days if we happen to be travelling on a trip. We will notify you as soon as we recieve your order, and let you know when it will ship, and to confirm shipping method and final shipping amount. Orders are usually shipped the next business day or so from when we receive them.
Returns and exchanges require a return authorization number, please call 253.846.2081 or email via the Contact Page, and must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt. Please also see our product Warranty and Warnings in the General Information for additional details.
