Ordering Info
Orders are usually shipped within 3-4 business days of them being placed. Please allow this time in addition to the shipping time expressed by the shipping company.
When you place an order from our website, you select the items from each of the product pages, and it then goes into the shopping cart. When you go to the shopping cart, there is a tool to help calculate a shipping amount. There are several shipping choices. Keep in mind, the time to ship with that carrier is started once your order has been shipped from us, which can take up to 3-4 days before it leaves our facility.
In the shopping cart, there is a Comments Box for you to write any text comments you may wish to make, such as if you need your order by a particular date, shipping requirements, etc.
Once your order is placed, you will then receive a confirmation email from our website that has an outline of all of the products you ordered and your order total. We do not charge your credit card until we actually ship the order. We will contact you if we have any questions about the products, shipping, or payment details. We usually check orders daily, except for weekends, and in some cases we may be on a trip, and not able to respond for a few days.
Orders are usually shipped within 3-4 business days from placement of order. If we are out of stock of a product we will notify you of the expected shipping time, and we will not charge for that item until we ship that item.
Once we ship your order, we will then email you to confirm that the order is on the way to you!
If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us immediately. We will make changes/refund your purchase price, less any shipping or negotiated fees if it is a custom order.
